IMPORTANT: The entrance is just off Station St, along Duncan St. It is the grey building with a black iron gate. There is no parking immediately outside but plenty of 2-3 hour spots on Arthur St and Gordon St (50m away)

Pregnancy massage: please ring ahead of booking

For all in-person bookings: New Covid-19 precautions as per DHHS requirements are in place for your safety and the safety of all our staff. This includes the use of PPE, cleaning and sanitising between each appointment.

Please do not attend this appointment if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Fever, Chills or Sweats, Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, Runny nose, Loss of sense of smell. If so, please stay home and get tested.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Cancellations and timing

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of up to 50% of the service cost. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Reminder Service

We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointment Times

You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know - we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.
