We have a half day retreat coming up on the March 11 public holiday weekend! This day will be dedicated to healing, resting, and rejuvenating, and also designed to coincide with the turn of the season, as we prepare our homes, diets, routines and lifestyles for the Autumn Equinox on 21 March. It will be a healing experience for everyone and following this, anyone observing an ayurvedic seasonal practice can kick off a 2 week cleanse to reset the body & mind for the season.
Join us as we commence the day with a specially designed yoga practice followed by pranayama and meditation and then a delicious and healthy lunch followed by deep rest, massages, time for guided reflection, a long healing yoga nidra and soothing music & mantra to round off the day.
Have you been following an ayurvedic routine or had an assessment done with us in the past and are wondering about how to adapt to the upcoming season? Maybe you've had a change in lifestyle or lifestage and things feel different to how they used to. If this sounds familiar you may just require a quick re-assessment and new plan to get things on track.
We've heard from many clients that they want to know more about changing things up across the year and feel a bit confused. So we've got a new offering for any of our existing clients that have had an assessment and bespoke plan created. You are welcome to a plan refresh at the change of the season.
