2018 was a year of exploring ayurveda & wellness basics, cleansing and routines. Since then, there’ve been some requests for a few other specific topics which have now become sessions for 2019!

The topics we plan to cover this year will range from ayurvedic philosophy, ayurvedic lifestyle tips and routines, beauty care, gut health, general wellness, mindfulness as well as an all new set of workshops on stress management using ayurveda and yoga.

Wellness day - A self care Immersion to cleanse at the start of the new season (Autumn equinox 21 Mar)

A self-care Sunday dedicated to healing, resting, rejuvenating. Join us as we take a half day out at our wellness centre to do a healing yoga practice followed by pranayama and meditation and then a healing lunch followed by rest, massages, a long healing yoga nidra and soothing music and mantra to round off the day. A good way to come in an experience a day of cleansing to kick off a pre-seasonal cleanse as a part of an ayurvedic program. To be made available every season. Ayurvedic beauty routines

Explore age-old beauty salves passed down through the leading Indian herbal ‘science of life’, Ayurveda, and now used daily in homes around the world. Come along and join our workshop to learn the natural ayurvedic approach to radiance and beauty at this practical hands-on fun afternoon workshop. We'll share stories, learn from a great circle of women, explore ayurvedic wisdom, practice a deeply clarifying meditation, and relax with some nourishing skin food. Details to follow, please register early interest to reserve a space.  

Stress management course w YIDL (4 x 2 hour sessions)

A practical workshop with theory and application of traditional western counselling techniques in promoting positive mental health fused with teachings from yogic philosophy. A great way to explore the connection between yoga and western approaches to mental health, and get some great practice in your own lives over a 4 week hands on guided course.

Exploring Gut Health

Join us as we delve into an invigorating yoga class, and then share some ayurvedic refreshments and settle in with a spicy chai to talk about building immunity not just for protection from illness but also improving how you look and feel. 

In this practical afternoon of yoga & ayurveda we will share the importance of and the benefits you will experience when your digestive fire (agni) is operating at its optimum.
