Lavender Latte

Try this lavender latte instead of a hot chocolate at night when the late night cravings kick in! The chamomile also helps to soothe you to sleep…

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

  • 1 tsp dried lavender buds

  • 1 tsp chamomile tea

  • 1/2 cup plant milk

  • Honey to serve

Method:

  • Steep blueberries, dried lavender and chamomile in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

  • Press down in tea infuser and strain in coffee plunger

  • Froth milk

  • Add to infusion and top with foam

  • Serve warm to hot with a drizzle of honey
