27 June - 3 July 2027 · South coast, Sri Lanka
Seven days of ayurveda, yoga and rest by the Indian Ocean
Escape to the pearl of the Indian Ocean — pristine beaches, coconut groves and centuries of ayurvedic tradition. Let our local experts guide you through a week of grounding and blissful serenity on Sri Lanka's south coast.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE SOUTH COAST
The south coast is where nature, culture and wellness converge — golden light, warm ocean air and the rhythm of daily life slowed right down. Quiet coves and secluded beaches invite you to bask, swim, or simply listen.
The exclusive boutique accommodation features open-air corridors, a lush ayurvedic spa and ocean views, designed to harmonise with its surroundings at every turn — from locally sourced coconut and herbal oils to private plunge pools.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Arrive in Colombo and travel by private coach to a boutique beachfront property. From there, everything below is part of your stay.
◆ Twice-daily yoga & meditation
Morning and evening asana, pranayama and meditation. All levels welcome — join as much or as little as suits you.
◆ Fire ceremony & bonfire
Evening intention-setting and a walking meditation, plus a live calypso-style guitar and vocal performance.
◆ Excursions & day tours
Galle's historic Dutch Fort, an essential-oil blending class, a Madhu River safari, turtle hatchery and moonstone mines.
◆ Down time, built in
The gardens, the ocean, and your private room — nothing scheduled and nowhere to be.
◆ Ayurvedic wellness consult
A check-in on your prakriti (born constitution) and any doshic imbalances, guiding your diet, yoga, massage and practices for the week.
◆ Three ayurvedic massages
3 x 60-minute treatments, choosing between abhyangha or Indian head massage, at the on-site spa.
◆ Daily workshops & talks
Mandala ceremony, spiritual discussions, and yoga nidra guided in sync with a local flutist.
◆ Meals & transport
Seasonal, locally sourced meals (vegan and vegetarian options available), plus private air-conditioned transport throughout.
From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace wash over me. The beautiful resort, surrounded by nature and the gentle rhythm of Sri Lanka, was the perfect sanctuary to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be present. Every yoga session, every shared meal, and every quiet moment became a gift.
