Our Wednesday Evening Group Meditation Classes are back!
These classes are designed to help you benefit from the energy of the group while finding stillness in mind & body to help you end your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity.
We aim for an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners all the way to advanced meditators, focusing on a time for stillness and going within.
Every week, we’ll explore a few simple and classic paths to mindfulness & meditation, starting with using an exploration of hatha yoga philosophy as applied to daily life, and an exploration of one or a combination of: pranayama and / or pratyahara (sense withdrawal), dharana (mindfulness), dhyana (meditation).
At the end of each session, our goal is to have you feeling calm, peaceful and ready to take on the sometimes-unexpected paths of life.
When: Every Wednesday Evening, 06:00 - 06:30 pm (AEST), starting Wed, 1st May (allow a little extra time after class if you'd like to stay and chat and have a herbal tea!)
