As the body softens into the tender days after birth, the fourth trimester offers a quiet invitation to rest, restore, and receive. In Ayurveda, this is a sacred window, a time to nourish the body with warmth, softness, and care. Our Postpartum Curry Packs are a gentle offering for this time. Inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom and rooted in Sri Lankan tradition, each pack is filled with warming, plant-based meals designed to soothe digestion, replenish energy, and support the body’s natural rhythms. Each set includes three comforting curries and comes with a gifted coconut pol sambol, a vibrant, mineral-rich blend of fresh coconut, lime, and spice.

Curry Pack One — Gentle & Nourishing $32

A soft and grounding selection for the early days of postpartum. Each dish is chosen to support gentle digestion, warmth, and replenishment.

Sri Lankan Dhal (Parippu) — slow-cooked red lentils with turmeric and curry leaves, light yet full of nourishment
Turmeric Coconut Potato Curry — comforting and earthy, infused with golden turmeric and mild spices
Mallum (Kale or Cabbage) — finely shredded greens with lime and fresh coconut, refreshing and mineral-rich

Curry Pack Two — Hearty & Wholesome $33

For when strength begins to return and the body asks for a little more. This pack brings softness, richness, and steady energy.

Warming Pumpkin Curry — tender pumpkin in a creamy, spiced coconut gravy
Soya Curry  —  a warming, textured dish made with soya chunks and roasted spices, high in protein and heartiness
Carrot & Beans Curry — bright, lightly spiced vegetables in coconut milk, colourful and fibre-rich

Designed for those further along in their postpartum journey. These deeper, spiced flavours offer warmth, texture, and grounding.
