Weekly online class: yoga, Breath-work and Meditation

Thursdays starting 22nd January | 6:00–7:00 PM (Online)
$20 per class | 1-hour guided session

A gentle mid-week class to explore yoga asana, pranayama, breathwork, meditation, guided with yoga philosophy and the sutras.

In Ayurveda and Yoga, balance is not a fixed state but something we nurture through rhythm and regularity. Just as nature moves in cycles, our bodies and minds find harmony through consistent, mindful practice.

Each of our weekly classes offers a peaceful space to unwind through gentle yoga asana, pranayama, breathwork and guided mindfulness and meditation. These practices are designed to help you release the day’s tension, regulate your energy and invite calm before rest.

As the series unfolds, we will also explore the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, integrating their timeless teachings into daily life. Each class weaves together reflection, breath and movement to support both beginners and experienced practitioners. You are welcome to join weekly or drop in when you need it — classes are easy to rejoin with light recaps and gentle guidance.

With regular practice, you may experience:
