We are registered to provide care under the categories of (0116) Innovative Community Participation and (0128) Therapeutic Supports (please ensure you have allocation for these categories). Our NDIS services are based on the approaches that are built around 3 key pillars:

EMOTIONAL AND SOMATIC FOCUSED WORKSHOPS

Embodied Calm is an 8-week trauma-informed somatic workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and mind–body connection.

Created with NDIS participants in mind, the program combines mindfulness, body-based practices, gentle psychoeducation, and group support to help participants better understand stress, overwhelm, shutdown, and emotional regulation in a safe and supportive environment.

Facilitated by experienced mental health and mindfulness practitioners the workshop offers practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life while fostering connection, self-awareness, and a greater sense of inner calm.

YOGA THERAPY & HOLISTIC WELL-BEING

1:1 Yoga Session (Personalised)

A. Initial Yoga Assessment with Gentle Flow; First Session – 60 mins | $150 inc GST

What’s included:

• A holistic discussion of your health that includes physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual

needs.

• Identification of key areas for support, with personalised goal setting.

• Physical assessment including posture, mobility, range of movement, balance, and coordination.

• Nervous system and well-being check to understand stress, energy, and regulation needs.

• A gentle introductory practice incorporating movement, breathwork, and relaxation.

B. On-going Yoga Support Sessions; 60 mins | $140 inc GST

A supportive space to continue your practice in a way that feels steady, personalised, and responsive to your needs.

What’s included:

• Gentle, tailored movement guided by how your body feels on the day.

• Breathwork and grounding to support regulation and ease.

• Ongoing support aligned with your personal and NDIS goals.

• Space to check in and move at a pace that feels right for you.

• Restorative relaxation to integrate and unwind.

Please note: An Initial Yoga Assessment is required before commencing regular sessions to support a safe and personalised practice. Your first session must be attended in person.

C. Ground & Grow – 3 Month Support Package; Investment: $1,521 inc GST (valued at $1,690)- 10% discount

A gentle, consistent space to build connection, confidence, and well-being over time

• 12 weekly 1:1 sessions (60 mins each)

• Includes Initial yogic assessment

• Personalised, goal-aligned support

• Flexible and paced to your needs

2. Group yoga session

A. IN-PERSON Classes | 60 mins

Each session is carefully guided at a gentle pace and adapted to suit different abilities, mobility levels, and individual needs. Every class incorporates gentle yogasanas, pranayamas, specific relaxation techniques, and meditation to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional balance. Participants are encouraged to move within their own comfort levels while developing greater body awareness, relaxation, focus, and resilience.

When: Every Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Investment: $25.00 AUD per participant per weekly session.

Location: At Ananda Wellness Clinic, Fairfield.

Capacity: Strictly capped at 4 clients max to maintain an accessible, low-stimulus space.

B. ONLINE Classes | 60 mins

A gentle mid-week class to explore yoga asana, pranayama, breathwork, meditation, guided with yoga philosophy and the sutras. As the series unfolds, we will also explore the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, integrating their timeless teachings into daily life. Each class weaves together reflection, breath and movement to support both beginners and experienced practitioners.

When: Every Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Investment: $20.00 AUD per participant per weekly session.

Location: Zoom Link will be provided upon registration.

Class Support: KINDLY NOTE - This is a general online group class. If you are an NDIS participant or have individual support needs, please let us know during registration so we can best support your participation.

Payments

We are a self managed provider (not agency or plan managed) so the way this works is that we (providers) are paid and the client then claims reimbursement through the myplace portal or my NDIS app. Alternatively, you can request funds first to pay the providers (for which we can provide you with an invoice).
