We can tailor a private yoga class to your specific needs, for a small group of work colleagues, a larger team or as a part of a once-off or ongoing corporate wellness programme.

Yoga & stretch sessions can help your teams relieve tightness, soreness and tension that results from desk-work, high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.

Alongside this or as a standalone, we can also focus on a customised breath-work and meditation or mindfulness practice for relieving stress and tension in high-pressure environments in particular. See ‘Meditation and Mindfulness’ section below for more details.

 

CORPORATE BREATHWORK, MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION SESSIONS

The practice of mindful awareness, breathwork and meditation can be extremely beneficial in lowering the stress response, aiding focus, mental clarity and creativity. This also leads to better outcomes in planning, efficiency and most importantly, in wellbeing.

We can tailor a series of in-person or Online mindfulness & meditation sessions where we will explore how to use the breath to bring about calm and stillness, before practicing mindfulness and meditation. Sessions will commence with brief relaxation component to settle and ground the body and release any tension, followed by the practice of breathing & meditation so you can feel light, clear and ready to take on the day and week.

Our Founder, Niveen Rajabdeen is a Masters trained Mental Health Counsellor, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Reiki Healer, Yoga & Meditation teacher and Wellness Coach, trained in both Indian and Sri Lankan approaches to Ayurveda and classical Hatha yoga. She specialises in aligning mental health, yoga, meditation & mindfulness with Ayurvedic principles to address specific health concerns. Niveen is also trained in strategic business management and chartered marketing, having previously worked as a market and social researcher with 7+ years of experience in research & client management across Australia, the US and Sri Lanka.

She frequently teaches and speaks at a number of events and workshops on wellbeing, mental health, yoga, mindfulness, workplace performance & motivation management and more.
