Warm Up to Winter: A Half-Day Ayurvedic & Yogic Immersion

As the seasons shift and the coolness of winter begins to settle in, both Yoga and Ayurveda remind us of the importance of adapting — softening where there is dryness, warming where there is cold, and grounding where there is movement.

Winter is a time to turn inward. To nourish, to stabilise, and to tend gently to our energy so we can move through the season with strength, clarity, and steadiness.

We invite you to join us for a half-day immersion designed to support this transition — a space to reconnect with your body, align with the rhythms of nature, and cultivate practices that sustain you through the cooler months.

Together, we’ll explore:

✧ Ayurvedic practices to balance Vata and support digestion (agni) during winter
✧ Intention setting and reflective journaling to align with the season ahead
✧ Meditation, breathwork, and mantra to calm the nervous system and anchor the mind
✧ A warming, grounding asana practice to build heat, strength, and stability

We’ll close our time together by sharing a nourishing meal and spiced chai — grounding, comforting, and deeply restorative — allowing space to connect in community and integrate the morning’s practices.

You’ll leave feeling warmed from within, supported in body and mind, and equipped with simple, practical tools to carry into your daily life this winter.

This is an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to care for yourself in alignment with the season.
