As the seasons shift from the dryness and movement of autumn into the cool, heavy stillness of winter, both Yoga and Ayurveda remind us of the importance of adapting — softening where there is dryness, warming where there is cold, and creating lightness where there is heaviness.
Winter invites us inward. It is a time to nourish, stabilise, and gently tend to our energy so we can move through the season with clarity and steadiness. As the cold deepens, Kapha begins to accumulate, bringing heaviness, slowness, and stagnation — often felt as low energy, mental fog, or a pull toward comfort. Beneath this, Vata can still linger, showing up as subtle dryness or nervous system sensitivity.
At the same time, our digestive fire (Agni) is naturally strong (due to external cold drawing heat inward), offering a powerful opportunity to deeply nourish and rebuild — though excess Kapha can begin to dull this if left unsupported.
We invite you to join us for a half-day immersion to support this transition — a space to reconnect with your body, align with nature’s rhythms, and cultivate practices that bring warmth, lightness, and clarity through the cooler months.
Together, we’ll explore:
✧ Ayurvedic practices to lighten Kapha, soothe Vata, and support Agni
✧ Intention setting and reflective journaling for clarity and direction
✧ Meditation, breathwork, and mantra to uplift the mind and regulate the nervous system
✧ A warming, energising asana practice to build heat, circulation, and strength
We’ll close by sharing a nourishing meal and spiced chai — warm, gently stimulating, and supportive of digestion — with space to connect and integrate.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and warmed from within, with simple, practical tools to carry into your daily life this winter.
This is an invitation to slow down — but not become stagnant. To nourish — without becoming heavy. To care for yourself in alignment with the season.
