This 10-week journey invites you to live yoga, not just practice it — to rediscover harmony between body, mind, and spirit through the wisdom of Yoga, the holistic science of Ayurveda, and the stabilising power of Meditation.

Each week explores one layer of yogic living — from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Eight Limbs of Yoga, through to the Ayurvedic understanding of doshas, daily rhythm (dinacharya), and the art of living in tune with nature’s cycles. This is not about perfection, but presence. You’ll learn to listen to your body, understand your mind, and align your lifestyle with what truly nourishes you.
